• सरकार सोमवार को लोकसभा में सार्वजनिक परीक्षा (अनुचित साधनों की रोकथाम) संशोधन विधेयक, 2026 पेश करेगी। विधेयक को सदन की कार्यवाही में आज के लिए सूचीबद्ध कर दिया गया है। विधेयक में सार्वजनिक परीक्षा (अनुचित साधनों की रोकथाम) अधिनियम, २०२४ में संशोधन करने का प्रयास किया गया है।
• धर्मेन्द्र प्रधान के इस्तीफे के बाद केंद्रीय मंत्री प्रल्हाद जोशी नए शिक्षा मंत्री होंगे। श्री जोशी को उनके मौजूदा विभागों के अतिरिक्त शिक्षा मंत्रालय का प्रभार भी सौंपा गया है।
• सरकार द्वारा उसकी मांगों पर सहमति जताने के बाद सीजेपी ने अपना आंदोलन वापस ले लिया है। केंद्रीय मंत्री जेपी नड्डा और डॉ. जितेंद्र सिंह ने सीजेपी प्रतिनिधिमंडल के साथ तीसरे दौर की चर्चा की, जिसमें परीक्षा प्रणाली में सुधार और कागज लीक को रोकने के उपायों की मांग पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया गया।
