• Defence Minister Rajnath Singh reviewed the current security situation in Kashmir Valley with top officials of the three services.

• Four special flights from Srinagar to Delhi and Mumbai have been arranged in view of the Pahalgam Terror Attack. Additional flights have also been kept on standby to cater to further evacuation of tourists as per the need.

• Given the terrorist attack in Jammu and Kashmir, Union Minister for Finance and Corporate Affairs, Nirmala Sitharaman, has cancelled her official visit to the USA and Peru.

• The Secretary General of the Muslim World League, Sheikh Dr Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, called on Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Jeddah.

• रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह ने तीनों सेनाओं के शीर्ष अधिकारियों के साथ कश्मीर घाटी में मौजूदा सुरक्षा स्थिति की समीक्षा की।
• पहलगाम आतंकी हमले के मद्देनजर श्रीनगर से दिल्ली और मुंबई के लिए चार विशेष उड़ानों की व्यवस्था की गई है। जरूरत के अनुसार पर्यटकों को और निकालने के लिए अतिरिक्त उड़ानों को भी स्टैंडबाय पर रखा गया है।
• जम्मू-कश्मीर में आतंकवादी हमले को देखते हुए, केंद्रीय वित्त और कॉर्पोरेट मामलों की मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका और पेरू की अपनी आधिकारिक यात्रा रद्द कर दी है।
