• बांग्लादेश डेंगू बुखार के गंभीर प्रकोप से जूझ रहा है, देश भर के अस्पताल मरीजों की बढ़ती संख्या से निपटने के लिए संघर्ष कर रहे हैं। स्वास्थ्य अधिकारियों ने पिछले कुछ हफ्तों में मामलों में वृद्धि दर्ज की है, खासकर ढाका और अन्य प्रमुख शहरों में।
• दक्षिण कोरिया और संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका कोरियाई प्रायद्वीप के परमाणु निरस्त्रीकरण पर सहमत हो गए हैं। दक्षिण कोरिया के राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा सलाहकार वाई सुंग-लाक ने कहा, कोरियाई प्रायद्वीप का परमाणु निरस्त्रीकरण अंतिम लक्ष्य है, और लक्ष्य अपरिवर्तित रहता है चाहे उत्तर कोरिया इसे पसंद करे या नहीं।

• स्पिनर वरुण चक्रवर्ती आईसीसी टी२० अंतरराष्ट्रीय रैंकिंग में वर्ल्ड नो वन गेंदबाज बन गए हैं। जसप्रीत बुमराह और रवि बिश्नोई के बाद 34 वर्षीय गेंदबाज यह उपलब्धि हासिल करने वाले तीसरे भारतीय गेंदबाज बन गए।
